Automating most office jobs can be as easy as dropping a simple app into the cloud, a company called Manfaats has revealed.
In a recent blog post, Manfaas CEO John Taggart wrote: “You can get a list of tasks, automate them, and then send that list to any application on your network.
You can then get a report of the process, which is pretty simple.
This will work for virtually every job you have in the office, not just a few you might have a few times a year.”
Taggart added that Manfa’s app can be used to automate a variety of tasks.
“If you have a lot of work to do and need to know how long it takes, or you want to know what happens when you’re done, Manafa can do that for you.
It has a very simple interface, and can do all the automation for you.”
Manfaat’s app lets you send a list to your team or a third-party.
Taggert explained that it’s all automated.
“You just need to send the task to Manfaa and it’ll send you the report of that process,” he said.
Manfaats offers a suite of automation apps to suit different types of workloads, from video editing to computer-aided design and security.
It also has a suite called “Task Wizard,” which lets you set up tasks in minutes and then automate them as you work, Taggard said.
Taggert’s company is building Manfaato to be a viable option for people looking to automate more than a few office jobs.
“We think it’s really going to be the future of automation, and we’re not even trying to be competing with it,” he told Vice.
“In fact, we think it could even be a better competitor to other solutions, like the cloud.”
